GUID based Troubleshooting [Hands-On]

Whenever you get any message from any of the users saying "My DB operation not working"!

Immediately, ask the user: "Give me the error GUID"

Use the GUID in your HANA Cloud Cockpit as below and identify the root cause.

Now assign the relevant privilege to the user:
