Verify the required SAP HANA Cloud Services in your BTP Global Account:
Go to your subaccount and for Free Tier BTP Account, you can add the below entitlements:
Tools (SaaS Application)
hana free (the in-memory HANA Cloud DB)
relational-data-lake (Cold Storage)
Finally, your subaccount should have below Services with required plans:
