Add the user in the IAS

Add end user inside the IAS (Identity Authentication Service) from your Cloud Identity Service Cockpit

End-User receives Activation Email

They will receive an email for activation in their inbox.

User Access WZ:

Users access the work zone from BTP cockpit or directly from the given URL.

Once he selects the custom IDP a user gets created in the cockpit with the custom IDP

Assign Roles to User (FIORI Apps, MyInbox)

Next, we need to assign “Workzone_End_User” role to this user in the BTP Cockpit so that he is able to access workzone.

We also need to add the roles for content federation and also the workflow-related roles , so that he is able to see the tiles under the applications section :

Once all the roles are provided, he will be able to see the content federated apps and My Inbox as well.
